The Comfort of Galleria

    In this western kitchen, with floors, cabinets and island crafted of glowing golden hardwood, contrasting accents provide special spark. Central wall cabinet and work counter are flanked by deeper cabinets housing double ovens, paneled refrigerator and microwave.  Matching wood panels are used to fashion a door at the large walk-in pantry.     Crown moulding with a light-colored rope insert tops cabinetry throughout the kitchen; delicate ogee moulding adds a finishing touch at the lower edge of the wall cabinets. The wall cabinets that form a pass-through peninsula between kitchen and family room are highlighted by decorative glass doors in the popular Prairie Mullion style.  Other accents include the bright white appliances, metal chairs and countertop, and the sharp contrast of a dynamic black island surface.
